Raspberry Mojito
Raspberries muddled with fresh lime and mint leaves. Topped with Havana Club Blanco, Stoli raspberry, Raspberry syrup and soda.
Coconut Mojito
Malibu and Koko Kanu coconut rum muddled with lime, sugar and mint leaves, topped with soda and a dash of Angostura bitters.

Hendrick's gin muddled with fresh lime, sugar, mint leaves, cucumber all topped with soda and elderflower cordial.
