Mexican Tequila Fillet Steak

8oz fillet steak marinated in a home made tequila sauce. Cooked to Chef's perfection in the oven and served on a bed of honey buttered vegetables together with creamy mashed potato.

Sunshine Fillet Steak

8oz fillet steak covered with celeriac and carrot sauce served with creamy mashed potato.

Surf ‘n’ Turf

Two medallions of beef fillet, stacked, then smothered in a garlic & herb sauce with king prawns and shrimps.

Chick ‘n’ Ribs

Chargrilled chicken breast and a BBQ spare rib with our legendary sauce. Served with fries and side salad.

10oz sirloin steak with fries and side salad, accompanied by a chargrilled chicken breast.

Cajun Chicken

Spicy double chicken breast, marinated, chargrilled, served with side salad, fries & mayonnaise dip.

Butterfly Chicken
