Smirnoff Black shaken with passion fruit syrup, lemon and sugar. Poured over crushed ice and topped with Chambord black raspberry liqueur.

Bombay Sapphire gin shaken with fresh lemon and sugar. Poured over crushed ice and served with a crème de mure float.

Raspberries muddled with frozen Tanqueray gin, raspberry syrup, lemon and sugar and topped with soda.

Pina Colada

Mount Gay rum shaken with coconut syrup, cream and pineapple juice. Garnished with fresh pineapple.
