With extensive 'top shelf' spirits and bar staff with unbeatable knowledge of everything from the origins of gin to the colour of Guinness. A constantly updated library of stock information plus quarterly Diageo training means that there is nothing our staff can't tell you about the drinks you’re drinking.

Here at Central Park we pride ourselves on being the best of the best when it comes to cocktails, our ever changing selection of global spirits means we are forever updating our cocktail menus and finding new ways to mix your favourite drinks. As a result of this we will be introducing a supplementary seasonal cocktail menu. These new menus will be a collaboration of seasonal classics and funky new inventions to compliment the 4 seasons.
